Each photograph is unique so we will need to see the image in order to assess the work and give you a quotation.
Getting a digital image
Take a Photograph
Using a smart phone or digital camera on its highest setting you can quickly take a photograph of the print to send to us.
For best results remove the photo from any glass frame and lay it on a well lit flat surface without any shadows. Hold the camera or phone directly above the photo looking down. Ensure the image is filling the screen and do not use flash as this will reflect on the photo.
Please ensure that anything you send us is well lit and focussed. The better quality the image is, the better the results.
Use a Scanner
If you have access to a scanner, then please scan the image at a minimum of 600dpi to jpg file format.

Email

Upload
You can upload it using a free file transfer service. We recommend using www.file.io or www.wetransfer.com which are free and easy to use.

Send an original print
If you don’t have a digital version or have no means of getting a digital version to us, then you are welcome to send the original print to us and we will scan them for you. We know the original print will have a sentimental value for you so anything you send to us will be returned.
Send your print to us at the following address. Don’t forget to include your contact details so we know who to return the print to.

What happens next?
Once we receive your image we will contact you regarding the work required. Please let us know of any specific colours that should be used, for example clothing colours, eye colour, specific room colours etc. We will provide a Quotation / Invoice which will be sent to you via our payment provider Square.com. If you wish to proceed then, you simply pay the Invoice using any credit / debit card and we will return the digital image back to you. (If you choose not to proceed, please let us know and we will cancel the quotation and return any original items back to you.)
Once the payment is received we will process the image and return it to you either by email, download or WhatsApp.
Any minor changes you request, such as change of colour of a certain item these will be done free of charge, with the modified image being returned to you again.
